Challenges and Solutions

Challenges faced

One of our new user, Valentina (name changed), recently contacted us asking the following:

"Upon importing the questions from Google Spreadsheet, although, Correct option column is properly mapped, correct option for some questions were not imported. I couldn't see any pattern in this problem. I have created almost 10 Google forms & the issue is reported by a student in one of them."

Proposed Solution

For Valentina's use case, we investigated his form & found out that the option ends with a (.) whereas the correct answer, does not include a (.), so the options are excluded. The option and the correct answer should same.
