Measure the Value You Gain with Form Builder:
Creating Google Forms shouldn’t cost you hours of your time — and now, it doesn’t have to.
On average, Form Builder saves users 4 hours per week — that’s half a workday gained, or 2 full days saved each month! Instead of manually entering 200–300 questions every week, let Form Builder handle it in seconds. Traditional form creation is repetitive, tedious, and error-prone.

Challenges and Solutions
Challenges faced 77684
One of our new users, Tom wrote to us asking the following
"I am local tech support at a school campus. A staff member asked if I could "allow" an app/ extension; it's the one from your company called "Form Builder for Docs".
As tech support, I have access to the Google Admin console, and I can "allow" and "push out" apps/ extensions to the staff members. I went through the proper procedures to allow this app/ extension of Form Builder for Docs.
However, when the end-user (staff member) goes to use it, they are getting blocked. I have contacted Google Tech support, and even THEY cannot seem to be able to figure it out."
Proposed Solution
We identified this as a whitelisting configuration issue. We recommended Tom to take the following steps:
In the Google Workspace Admin Console, go to Marketplace Settings and enable “Allow users to install and run any app from the Marketplace.”
Then navigate to Additional Google Services > Additional services without individual control and set it to “ON for everyone.
After making these adjustments, the issue was resolved.
