  • Web Form offers live interaction with tools to view field details, responses, and publish settings. 
  • Sidebar provides a compact view of form fields for quick edits and document generation.
  • Published Form lets users share forms for submissions either with Google login or anonymously. 

Submitted responses are saved automatically and can be managed by editing, deleting, or cloning, making form handling seamless and efficient.

Will (name changed), a Fillable Document user, contacted us with the following questions:

  1. "I created a Fillable Document in Google Docs, but I can't find the template after creation. When I click on the Fillable Forms extension, it doesn't take me to the templates I've already made. Where is it?"

  2. "How can I delete unwanted files and forms? Is there a way to attach a document to a fillable form?"

Proposed Solution




For Will's questions:

1. He can access all his fillable forms/templates through our Fillable Studio at fillable.jivrus.com.


2. To remove unwanted files, he can unpublish the forms, making them unavailable to users, and then delete the files from Google Drive. Additionally, he can attach files to the fillable form using the File Upload fields.
