The User of the Month - November 2022


Congratulations Mr. Shahzeb for being selected as the user of the month of november for Form Director. Shahzeb has been a user of Form Director since February 2021.

Challenges faced


Matt Jackson(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director, has been using Form Director for her official purpose. He faced some issues in the Mapping feature of Form Director. He wrote to us asking the following question

“Every time I update & save my mapping it reverts back showing some error”



Solution


We checked Matt Jackson’s Google Form & found out the issue. This is because one of the old application fields was used for mapping. Now we deleted all his old mapping and reconfigured it. That’s it; now everything is working fine for Matt.
