Form Director updates


  1. New Application Integration Launched - WebEx, users can create meetings, add registrants to the meetings and send messages to the room on form submission.

  2. Custom Fields Support for Zendesk.

  3. Introducing new entities in Copper. Users can now Create and update leads, people, projects, tasks, opportunities and companies in Copper

The User of the Month - January 2023


Congratulations Marieta Kovacheva for being selected as the user of the month of January for Form Director. Marieta has been a user of Form Director since May 2021. 

This is what Marieta feels about Form Director:

“Amazing app that helps me superbly with filling out paid leave forms and converting them into paid leave applications - ready for the payroll. I'm using it now for more than a year, more than satisfied.”

“I have a form. When a user enters a phone number to it, I want to match the phone number with the data in a Google Sheet and the details on the Google Sheet should be emailed to the customer ”.

Solution

We already have a feature to fulfill Nick Khan’s use case. We suggested Nick use the Lookup field mapping in the Form Director which will help him. That’s it; now everything is working fine for Nick.
