Improvements: 

  1. File uploads from Google Forms can be attached to emails

    • Users can now upload files in the Google Forms file upload field and those files will come as attachments along with email attachments.

The User of the Month - March 2023



Congratulations Bryan Bell-Moore for being selected as the user of the month of March for Fillable Document. Bryan Bell-Moore has been a user of Fillable Document since February.

Challenges faced


William(name changed) who is one of the users of Fillable Document wrote to us asking for the following 

“I need to provide a French translation of my three main forms, with the data going into all of the same places. Is there a way that I can duplicate these forms without losing the Fillable Document connections and instructions?”


Solution


We already have a feature for William’s use case.We suggested William to clone the entire Fillable Document and use it but changing the names of the fields would result in a new field and you cannot use the same Google Sheet column to store the value. But, if you can just change the text and not the fields in the Fillable Document, then you can still use the same spreadsheet to collect data from different forms.
