Form Builder updates


AI Form generation and SharingTree validations


  1. Introduced AI Form in Editor add-ons. It will help users to create surveys and assessments automatically and efficiently using Generative AI like OpenAI’s GPT.

  2. Improved Validations to Share Forms on the SharingTree Platform.

  3. Introduced support to export selected questions to the document.

Aiken Format import/export and Power Up GUI + improvements


  1. The Forms Editor add-ons now include support for the Aiken Format, allowing users to easily and efficiently create surveys and assessments using Aiken Formatted Text files.

  2. We have introduced a new Power Up GUI that provides information about Form Director and Form Presenter.

The User of the Month - April 2023


Congratulations Mr. Lisa Tullier for being selected as the user of the month of April for Form Builder. Lisa Tullier has been a user of Form Builder since January.

Challenges faced


John(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Builder, has been using Form Builder for his official purpose. He wrote to us asking the following question


“I just purchased the Form Builder app because it is advertised that it has an option to have a shuffle option order of the options but I can't seem to find it. It is advertised in your promotion that when I purchase the pro version I will have that option. Can we do something about this?”.

Solution


It seems that John may be using a legacy add-on(Form Builder for Sheets), which may not have the shuffle option inside advanced features. However, we suggested trying using our Form Builder Plus add-on. Now he was able to explore & use the shuffle option order well.
