WhatsApp via Twilio, DocuSign Integration, and Reapproval

  • Introduce Twilio as a WhatsApp service provider for the sending of WhatsApp messages.

  • Integrated DocuSign into our platform, allowing users to create and send envelopes using templates with ease and efficiency.

  • Introduced reapproval or rejection multiple times as needed.

Congratulations Judel Carlo Daulat for being selected as the user of the month of October for Form Director. Judel has been a user of Form Director since June 2023.

Challenges faced


Regal(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director wrote to us asking the

following question


"Our users employ Form Director to schedule meetings with us. But they frequently encounter issues where events are unintentionally scheduled to overlap in time, leading to scheduling conflicts and confusion. This results in users having to manually reschedule conflicting events, causing inefficiency and frustration.

Please propose a solution to address this problem."


Proposed Solution


In Regal's specific situation, we recommended enabling the "Avoid Overlapping of Events" feature within the Form Director configuration. This adjustment will help eliminate scheduling conflicts for his users.
