Challenges and Solutions

Challenges faced

One of our Form Builder users, Michael (name changed), recently contacted us with a specific issue. He asked:

"Whenever I try to create a form, it generates the questions but doesn't automatically select the answers. Can you help me fix this?"

Proposed Solution

To resolve the issue of identifying correct answers, we suggested Michael to specify the correct answer by either making the options bold or using the Aiken format.

The Aiken format allows you to simply provide the option abbreviations (A, B, C, D) instead of the full text.
