Danielle (name changed) wrote to us asking "I’m trying to pull my Salesforce data into Google Sheets using Sheet Director, but I’m only getting around 2,000 records. I know there are many more in my Salesforce database, but the sync stops at 2,000 every time.
Can you please help me resolve this? I need the full dataset for reporting and my workflows are getting affected."
In response to Danielle’s question, We investigated the issue & fixed it. Now the problem with Salesforce retrieval stopping at 2,000 records has been resolved. Danielle can now fetch the full dataset without any restrictions.
