Challenges and Solutions

Challenges faced 89653

One of our new users, Larry wrote to us asking the following

“The state of Arkansas has passed legislation for us to acquire a student DPA when utilizing software that may collect student data. I have an agreement I would like to send you to see if you would be willing to sign it so that we can use your Form Builder software.”

Proposed Solution

For Larry's question, Form Builder and Form Builder Plus are for teachers/educators to build Google Forms quickly, and it does not collect or use any student information. Once the Google Form is built, it becomes a normal Google Form in your Google Drive. Jivrus do not have access to the Google Form or the content filled in there.

So this agreement does not apply.
