Finn, an user of Sheet Director wrote to us asking the following

I should have 2000 transactions a month and according to the usage chart, I have only used 927."

Can anyone fix it?

Proposed Solution:

For Finn's question, This is not related to Sheet Director's quota. 

This error indicates that the monthly limit of 500K CorePlus API calls for Builder Apps has been reached on the QuickBooks/Intuit side. Because of this limit, further API requests are currently being blocked.

To continue without interruptions, the Builder App owner may need to upgrade to the Intuit App Partner Program or wait until the API quota resets for the next billing cycle.
