Paul(name changed) wrote to us asking the following "I am logged in to the correct account and have edit access to the form spreadsheet. But I had an error on setup (see attachment)."
Can you help me fix this issue


Proposed Solution

For Paul's question, As we saw in the screenshot, it seems to be a scope issue. While authorizing Form Director initially, you should allow all scopes. To reauthorize add on, you need to remove all scopes and reauthorize. Please check the steps mentioned below.

1. Go to this URL https://www.google.com/account/about/sign-in-with-google/, click on the Review Connection option.
2. Then in the list of apps, check for the Form Director app and click on see details.  Then click on Remove all access option.


​3. Then open your google form and open Form Director add-on. Allow access to all scopes and proceed.
