Challenges faced
Mark (name changed), a Form Director user, reached out with the following question:
"Hello - my account uses From Director for Time off Requests and requires approval. It says "reauthorize" and I go through the reauthorization and give permission and it continues to say reauthorize and not work."
Proposed Solution
For Mark’s query, the Reauthorize button will always appear in the approval section. It only needs to be used when there’s an issue related to the refresh token.
The actual issue was that Mark had enabled both Global and Service-Level approvals. However, in the Global Approval configuration, he hadn’t added any email addresses for notifications or approval requests. We advised him to configure the Global Approval settings correctly, and after doing so, everything worked perfectly.
