Form Director updates



  1. Webhook services have now been improved with all possible HTTP requests (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).

  2. The results from the webhook can also be used in other services as well.

  3. Introduced Integration with Sage Accounting.


                    Users can create or update contacts, services, products, and invoices.

The User of the Month - February 2023


Congratulations Mr. Shawn Abele for being selected as the user of the month of February for Form Director. Shawn Abele has been a user of Form Director since August 2022. 


This is what he does with Form Director:


“WE use Form Director for sign out our robots. Technology Integration Educators fill out the google form to reserve the robots for a specific date/time. It is then transferred to a Google Calendar so others can see the availability of the robots.”


This is what he feels about Form Director:


“It is great for my team as it saves them from having to duplicate work - filling out the Google Form (used for data collection) and entering the information on a shared calendar. Everything is taken care of from the form.”

Challenges faced


Sam(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director, has been using Form Director for his official purpose. He wrote to us asking the following question


“When I launch Form Director in my Google Form the Form Director box opens on the bottom right on the page and shows this message: drive.google.com refused to connect”. 


Is it possible?


Solution


Sam faced this issue due to multiple login issue. We suggested Sam to ensure that he is logged into only one Google account in the browser so that this issue will not appear anymore.
