Challenges faced


William(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Builder, wrote to us asking the following question

“When importing quiz data from a Google Sheet, I notice there's an "image" field option. Some of my questions have an image, but even if I insert the image (as .png or .jpg) into the relevant cell, and identify the image option in Form Builder, it doesn't appear in the final form. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you help me?” 


Solution

For William's use case, currently, the Form Builder only supports image URLs and does not read images directly from the cells. To display an image in the final form, he need to provide the URL of the image in the relevant cell of the Google Sheet. 

William needs to make sure that the URL is accessible and correctly formatted (e.g., as a .png or .jpg image). By specifying the image option in Form Builder, the image will appear in the final form.
