Congratulations Patricia Casasanta for being selected as the user of the month of July for

Fillable Document. Patricia Casasanta has been a user of Fillable Document since

December 2021.

"I have been using Fillable docs for a littler over a year, and it has been a time saver when drafting up proposals. I would love to learn more about the program's features to see if it can replace Docusign"

Challenges faced


Andrew (name changed), who is using Fillable Document, wrote to us asking for the following

"I would like to send a notification email to our organization's treasurer whenever the form is submitted. It looks like I should be able to set up an email template and link it in the form's publish settings. However, I can't find a way to add a new template, or modify the default one. How is this feature intended to work?"


Solution


For Andrew's question, by default there is an email template prepared for Andrew, he can open that and edit it as per his requirement. Also, he can create a new email template if required.
