Global Approval, Slack Channel id, Trello support for multiple checklists

  • Introduction of Global Approval for Form Level Approval, enabling users to execute all services seamlessly after obtaining approval.
  • Support for configuring channels by ID in Slack integration, aimed at mitigating rate limit issues and resolving channel not found errors.
  • Support for adding multiple checklists and their corresponding items to Trello boards.

The User of the Month - July 2023


Congratulations Alison Canning for being selected as the user of the month of July for Form Director. Alison has been a user of Form Director since March.


This is what he feels about Form Director:


"This is a fantastic tool! It saves a lot of time and effort. We use it to automate sending Thank you emails and attachments by linking Google Forms to Gmail."

Challenges faced


Thomas (name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director wrote to us asking the

following question

"I have a few google sheets services running with Form Director, each of them operates on a single sheet as template, and every time I attempt to share generated files via email, it ends up exporting the whole spreadsheets book.

I would like to know if there's something to do about it.".

Solution


For Thomas use case, We suggested him to use the Single Sheet option in Form Director. To export only a single selected tab from a spreadsheet, users can choose the "Single sheet" option as the template type. This will ensure that only the intended sheet is exported.
