Fillable Document. Taylor has been a user of Fillable Document since

April.

Challenges faced


Denver (name changed), who is using Fillable Document, wrote to us asking for the following

"My customer is a subscriber to your Fillable Document product. I am trying to determine if the functionality they are looking for is possible. They have a letter that is being generated using Fillable Document, however they want another version of the same letter generated with some additional back office fields. So 2 copies of the same letter, one with some additional fields. Is that possible?"


Solution


For Denver's question, Yes it is possible in Fillable Document. To achieve this Denver can have a similar template added to the existing one (under the template section).

Denver should make sure that both templates are having the same Field names so that he do not need to ​re-enter the values.
