Form Director updates



Enhanced Rich Text Editing in Email Template, Approval Fields in Field Picker, and fix in Lock

  • Enhanced rich text editor in email template with support for text color, font size, font style, table cell merge, and split.
  • Added approval fields to the picker for email templates requiring approval.

WhatsApp integration with Ultramsg

  • Introduced send text messages in WhatsApp via the Ultramsg provider.

The User of the Month - August 2023


Congratulations Hanbi Kim for being selected as the user of the month of August for Form Director. Hanbi has been a user of Form Director since June 2023.

Challenges faced


Paul Davies(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director wrote to us asking the

following question

"Hello, I was wondering if there is any way in which I can add several checklists to the Trello card that it is created with the Google Forms' information. I tried but I can only add one checklist".

Solution


For Paul Davies use case, We discussed with our team & made enhancements to Form Director to support multiple checklists. Paul can now add up to 5 checklists to the Trello card created with the Google Form information.

To utilize this feature, we have added app fields checklist 1, checklist 2, checklist 3, checklist 4, and checklist 5. These fields can be used to specify the different checklists Paul want to include in the Trello card.
