The User of the Month - December 2023


Kudos to Mr. Sean Bumstead on his selection as the User of the Month of December for Form Builder. Steven has been an active Form Builder user since November 2023.

“Great tool. Easy to use as a teacher - can import questions from a spreadsheet to a google form and have the students fill it out. Then I can update the form without having to do any of the copy-paste tedium.”

Challenges faced




One of our Form Builder users, Logan (name changed), recently reached out to us with a specific query. He inquired:

"Hello, I was using your form builder plus but when I imported a pdf document, it just glitched out and pasting random text on the question, Please help me" 

Proposed Solution


For Logan's use case, We checked his form & found that when Form Builder parses it, there are a lot of unnecessary elements that are also being parsed. To remove these and create a correct form, we suggested him to use our preview app to fix all ambiguities and prepare the form as he need. It won't take much time, and it is one of the easiest way to parse his PDF correctly.
