The User of the Month - December 2023

Congratulations Tina Duenweg for being selected as the user of the month of December for Form Director. Tina has been a user of Form Director since May 2023.

This is what he feels about Form Director:

"Form Director is one of my greatest discoveries of the school year. By using Form Director to direct my forms I am easily able to get approvals from my District Administrator and then simply create a form using a template I create in Google Docs or Google Sheets. This add on has saved me so much time in running around trying to get approvals. I have tried other services but Form Director is so user friendly and efficient that I recommend it to others all the time."

Challenges and Solutions

Challenges faced

Phil(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director wrote to us asking the

following question

"I have 3 services configured in Form Director on my Google Form

1. Send a mail
2. Update a google sheet
3. Update the calendar

Here, Service 1 involves an approval workflow. How can I ensure that services 2 and 3 are not executed until the approval process for service 1 is completed and approved?"

How can I do that?

Proposed Solution
