"I am required to document approximately 100 business URLs online each month, noting details such as the URL, business name, phone number, address, email address, and more. Afterward, I must compile this information into both Microsoft Word and PDF formats, and send it via email to the respective business owners.

If any business owners fail to comply, I am tasked with creating another Microsoft Word document that includes images from their website or social media as evidence, which may be necessary for authorities in my country."

Proposed Solution


Regarding William's question, This can be accomplished using Fillable Document:
  1. 1. Develop a Fillable form using Google Documents to collect responses from business owners.

  3. 2. Utilize Fillable Document to generate both Word and PDF formats, sending them to the business owners' email addresses.

  5. 3. Upon receiving a response from a business owner, manually categorize them as obedient. This designation will exempt them from receiving another email.
