Challenges and Solutions
Drew(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director wrote to us asking the
"Is it feasible to generate a QR Code for every new Google Form entry, incorporating essential details such as a designated WhatsApp number, customer name, work order number, and service provider name?
The aim is to obtain customer approval for services rendered by a maintenance professional. The process involves the professional displaying the QR Code to the customer via a mobile device, and upon scanning, a WhatsApp message is generated containing the Google Forms data, which is then forwarded to our administrative center.
Can this integration be implemented within Trello?"
