New Features:


Introducing Freshdesk Integration

  • Introduced Freshdesk integration to enable the creation of agents, tickets, contacts, and time entries.
Support Insert as Link to multiple choice question types

  • Introduced the "Insert as link" option for multiple choice items in Google Docs and Sheets.

Custom event occurrences improvements

  • Introduced app fields to overwrite custom event occurrences in Google Calendar.

Support Insert as Link to Multiple Choice, Grid, and Dropdown type fields

  • Users can insert the value as a link to Multiple Choice, Grid, and Dropdown type fields.

The User of the Month - February 2024


Congratulations David for being selected as the user of the month of February for Form Director. Grace has been a user of Form Director.

Challenges faced


Phil(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director wrote to us asking the

following question

"I am using Form Director for my official purpose. I use it to create events in Google Calendar. 

My question is, Can I create an entry for repeating events within a form? We have that need."

Proposed Solution


In response to Phil's specific use case, we have a feature to overwrite custom occurrences for Google Calendar using app fields. For this purpose, we have three fields: recurrence duration, period, and repeat on days. Users need to enable the custom recurrence switch in Google Calendar to map these fields.
