William (name changed), an user of Fillable Document, reached out to us with the following query:

" Error while fetching document settings

Document 1lbRb1okOcTpGgUJbBcRbRINeJM-NYALqSsEZSgIeARM is missing (perhaps it was deleted, or you don't have read access?)

I get the above error when I try to access Fillable Document.  I am the creator and owner of the document."

How can I fix this?


Proposed Solution


In response to William's inquiry, it appears that the configuration sheet linked to the form has been either deleted or is missing. In such a scenario, we advised him to attempt restoring the configuration sheet to his drive folder and then retry using the Fillable Document feature.

If this does not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to reconfigure the document once more.

With this, now William is able to use Fillable Document well.
