The User of the Month - March 2024


Congratulations Karly for being selected as the user of the month of March for Form Director. Karly has been working as a teacher in a school.


This is what she feels about Form Director:


"This has been such a time saver for my application process. Usually I am making paper applications that include recommendation forms that must be completed by a teacher. Not only has Form Director cut down on my use of paper, but in one action the students selected the teacher to fill out the recommendation & an email was automatically sent with the recommendation form to that teacher! Now I have all of my applications and recommendations together in my Google drive."

Challenges faced


Drew(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director wrote to us asking the

following question

"I'm encountering difficulty in getting the recurring events to function properly with our form. It consistently fails to select specific days for recurring events, instead opting to choose the entire week despite the day selected in the form. How to fix this?"


Proposed Solution


In response to Drew's specific use case, We've introduced a new feature allowing users to specify when recurring events should end. To utilize this feature, you must map either the 'Recurrence End on' or 'Recurrence End After' field. If you prefer to set a specific date, select 'Recurrence End on'; if you wish to specify the number of occurrences, opt for 'Recurrence End After'.
