Challenges faced


Alfred who is an user of Sheet Director wrote to us asking the following question 


"I have a Google Sheet that gets a row automatically added as each guest buys a ticket off our website. One of the columns of the row that is added is an email address. As each row gets added, I simply want to add the email address to an existing google calendar event invite list (so they also get a calendar invite sent to their email). I don't want to create an event for each row though. Just one event with multiple guests in the invite list. How do I do this using your Sheet Director add-on? Thanks much"


Proposed Solution


In response to Alfred's specific use case, we have engaged with our team and successfully incorporated the "Add Guest to Calendar Event"

1. Select the Calendar and events to which you want to add the guest
2. Map the Guest emails and Execute.
