Challenges and Solutions

One of our Form Builder users, Joe (name changed), recently contacted us with a specific issue. He asked:

"When my client goes to access Form Builder in the forms section they get a message stating that they do not have permissions. But the user is an Admin as well as their permissions for Form Builder add on is all the way open. What is causing this issue?"

Proposed Solution

For Joe's use case we investigated the issue & found out that this is caused due to OAuth issue.

To resolve this, we suggested him to follow these steps:

1. Revoke Access:
- Visit https://myaccount.google.com/.
- Navigate to "Security" and then "Third-party apps with account access."
- Find "Form Builder Plus" in the list and revoke its access.
2. Uninstall and Reinstall the Add-on.
3. Ensure All Permissions are Accepted.
