Jack who is an user of Sheet Director wrote to us asking the following question 


"Need assistance to unfreeze the Max Results to infinite because it restricts us to 5000 rows only."


Proposed Solution


In response to Jack's specific use case, Jack can edit the Max results. But it can't be infinite. The maximum result value is 20000. More value than this will result in a rate limit and time-out error.
