Challenges and Solutions

Challenges faced

One of our new user, Rahul (name changed), recently contacted us asking the following:

"Docs and Spreadsheets does not set the correct answer anymore. It was fine for the past year and now it does not work. Every question has the correct answer set to option 1. Please fix this."

Proposed Solution

After reviewing Rahul's document, we have determined that the formatting is inconsistent.

For multiple choice type questions, the question should be in number and the options should be labeled like A, B, C or i, ii, iii, etc.
