Challenges faced


Mark who is an user of Sheet Director wrote to us asking the following question 


"Hi, I've set up Sheet Director to pull data from Freshdesk into Google Sheets using the free version. My understanding is that it should allow me to import up to 5,000 rows per transaction. 
However, it's only pulling the most recent 274 rows. I specifically need the data for records created after January 2024. Can you assist me in retrieving this data?"


Proposed Solution


For Mark's question,
We recommended using the filter option to refine the data retrieval. Specifically, we suggested using the 'Updated Since' field to pull the records created after January 2024.
