Challenges faced


Vince (name changed), an user of Fillable Document, reached out to us with the following query:

"I am receiving this error when people try to pull up the live/published document for my Master Store Manager Agreement. 

I have tried making sure everything looks good on the back end and I cannot seem to find where the error is occurring. Can I please get some assistance for troubleshooting?"


Proposed Solution


For Vince's question, Looks like there is a problem in authorizing the Fillable Document. We suggested Vice to reauthorize Fillable Document.


1. Navigate to Accounts and revoke the permission given to the app, click this link https://myaccount.google.com/connections?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.google.com%2Fsecurity.

2. Search Fillable Document and delete all the connections.



3. After deleting the connections, we suggested Vince to open the addon and publish the form again to fix this issue.
