"I would like a quicker way to add a long list in dropdown or choice fields such as States without having to type each one in individually."

Proposed Solution

In response to Shane's question, Manually entering long lists can be time-consuming. To make this process easier, we suggested that Shane use the dynamic options feature. Instead of typing each choice, he can:

  1. Prepare a Google Sheet with the list of options (e.g., States).

  2. Upload or link the Sheet to Fillable Document.

  3. The choices will then be automatically populated in the dropdown or choice fields.

This approach not only saves time but also keeps the form flexible—any updates made to the sheet will instantly reflect in the dropdown options.
