Shane (name changed), a user of Fillable Document, reached out with the following inquiry:

"We have filled out the doc about 24 times and we are now receiving a quota met popup anytime we open the doc. I am confused because your pricing says the basic plan is for 50 fillouts…

When does the month reset?
And will this problem resolve with the month reset?"

Proposed Solution

In response to Shane's question, He is currently on the Basic plan, which includes the following monthly quotas:

  • 10 Documents per month – for document generation
  • 50 Bulk documents per month – for generating documents from Google Sheets
  • 50 Responses per month – for saving form responses
As we reviewed his usage, the quota for document generation has already been used up. That is why he's getting the "Quota Exceeded" message.

To continue using the Fillable Document feature without interruptions, we strongly recommend him to upgrade his plan.
