Challenges and Solutions

Challenges faced 77223

Chris (name changed) reached out with a request:
"I’d like to import entities from the Marketing section of HubSpot into Sheet Director. Currently, I only see CRM entities like deals, contacts, and companies available. It would be helpful to access more entities, especially from Marketing."

At the time, Sheet Director only supported importing entities from HubSpot's CRM group, limiting access to marketing-related data.

Proposed Solution:

In response to Chris’s request, we collaborated with our development team and expanded support to include marketing-related objects. As a result, the Campaign object from HubSpot Marketing is now available for QUERY, POST, and SYNC operations in Sheet Director.
