Aldiss (name changed), a Form Director user, reached out with the following question:

"For the past 2–3 days, emails from my ID have not been triggering as expected. I have been triggering it manually. Request you to kindly look into this issue at the earliest ."


Proposed Solution

For Aldiss question, This happens due to a trigger issue, and it's from the Google side. To fix this issue, we suggested him to please turn off and turn on the Form Director switch.

Also, please enable the Auto Process Missed Response switch. It will check for missed responses and process them automatically.
