Challenges and Solutions

Challenges faced 85502

Danielle (name changed) a long term user of Sheet Director reported the following issue:

"I am writing to inquire why the sheet director is not updating hourly. We have other sheets that update daily, and those are working fine, but the hourly trigger does not seem to be functioning correctly.

Could you please investigate this issue?"

Proposed Solution:

In response to Danielle’s request, We suggested her to navigate to Menu> Settings> Automate & disable and then re-enable the Automate switch. This simple reset refreshed the trigger settings, and after doing so, the hourly trigger started working fine.
