Nivin(name changed) wrote to us asking the following "Can you tell me how to insert an image into an email response template?"

Proposed Solution

Based on Nivin’s question, We suggested him two ways to embed an image in the email template.

1. If you are uploading an image to any of the form field, and if you want to embed that image in a template, use format options in the email template. Click Format Options -> Choose type as Embed for your required File upload type field _> Click Apply button -> Click Save button -> Save service.
