Missing Contact Data & Limited Date-Time Filtering in Zoho Bigin

Nitin(Name changed) identified key challenges while working with the Zoho Bigin Pipelines Query Service in Sheet Director:

The Pipelines query was not returning associated contact information, limiting visibility into related records.

This created gaps in data analysis and workflow efficiency.

Additionally, the date-time filtering capabilities were limited, lacking essential operators such as:
- Greater than
- Less than
- Other comparison-based filters

These limitations made it difficult to perform precise data queries and build advanced workflows.

Proposed Solution:

To address these challenges, the following improvements were implemented:

✔️ Contact-related fields are now fully supported in the Zoho Bigin Pipelines query service, ensuring accurate and complete data retrieval.
✔️ Enhanced date-time filtering with additional operators, including:
- Greater than
- Less than
- And other comparison-based conditions
