Challenges and Solutions

Challenges faced 100716

One of our new users, John wrote to us asking the following

“After installing this add on, I received this message, "Something went wrong when executing the add-on. For help, contact the add-on developer. Learn more", while trying to export a Google Doc.”

Proposed Solution

For John's question, We suggested him to try removing and re-adding the add-on access:

Steps:

1. Go to your Google Account → Security
2. Open Third-party apps with account access
3. Find Form Builder Plus and remove access
4. Re-open Google Docs and grant access again to the add-on

After this John was able to access Form Builder perfectly.
