The User of the Month - January 2025


Congratulations Krista H for being selected as the user of the month of January for Form Director.


This is what she feels about Form Director:

"Love being able to send automated responses from our forms with information specific to each individual. Kyle(name changed), who is one of the users of Form Director wrote to us asking the

following question


"Hello, I have someone who has left the management team still receiving the email notifications on my Google form when someone fills it out. It is a leave request form and the person who has left the management team, shouldn't be receiving these anymore. How do I remove them?"

Can you help me resolve this.


Proposed Solution


For Kyle's question, we suggested him to update the notification settings in Form Director to remove the email address from all relevant sections. Here’s how:

1️⃣ Open Form Director in the Google Form where he is experiencing the issue.
2️⃣ Scroll down to Notification Settings and click Edit Email Template.

  • Check the To and CC fields.
  • Remove the email address of the former team member.
  • Click Save.
3️⃣ If he has Approval Settings enabled:
  • Scroll down to the Approval Settings section.
  • Click Edit and check fields like Notify on Approval and Notify on Rejection.
  • Remove the email address.
  • Click Save.

Once these changes are made, Kyle's former team member will no longer receive notifications.
