Challenges and Solutions

Challenge 85502

Michelle (name changed), a long-time Sheet Director user, reported the following issue:

“The Expense IDs for imported Zoho Expenses are not correct. The same Expense ID appears for multiple expenses.”

Proposed Solution:

After reviewing Michelle’s report, our team identified the root cause as a formatting issue on our end. The issue has now been fully resolved. Michelle can successfully import unique Expense IDs for each expense from Zoho Expense without any duplication.
