One of our new users, John wrote to us asking the following

“I have installed Form Builder Plus with the basic program. According to the program I have a quotation on 200 that will reset after the first of the month, but The first time I tried to redo something after February first I got an info box saying that I was trying to use 21, but only had 8 left of my quota of 200. 

This must be a mistake and it prevents me from correcting the tests I have set up using a question bank. I have made 3 tests each with 30 questions. At the first run I used more to learn how it worked, but that was in January, so now after February first it should be possible for me to redo all three tests and still stay within my quotation of 200.”

Proposed Solution

For John's question, We recently updated our pricing structure. For the Basic plan, the 200 imports are all-time usage, not a monthly reset. You can review the updated details here: https://formbuilder.jivrus.com/pricing for the Basic plan.

Due to cloud infrastructure costs and third-party service expenses involved in processing imports, the quota does not reset each month.

We’ve checked his account in our system, and so far, he have used 110 imports. This means he currently has 90 imports remaining out of the total 200.

If he needs to continue creating and reworking multiple tests using the question bank, he may want to consider upgrading to a higher plan for additional imports.
