"Ive integrated this with our xero account for about 2 months now. The ability to make xero 10 times more powerful by utilising the power of spread sheets with the data brought over from xero is incredible.
My team no longer has to access xero to investigate certain things.We can create data views that are so much more powerful and seamless than xero.
That being said, one does need to have some advanced google sheet (spreadsheet) skills to make these data views possible. But , it has been a huge win for me and company.”

Michael reported issues while working with the Zoho Bigin Pipelines module query service.
🔍 Key Concerns Identified
During the discussion, the following issues were highlighted:

Missing Contact Information

When executing the Pipelines query service, associated contact details were not being returned.

This limited visibility into related contact data within the query results.

Limited Date-Time Filtering Options

The existing date-time filters did not support advanced comparison operators.

There was a requirement to include operators such as:

Greater than (>)
-
Less than (<)
-
Greater than or equal to (≥)
-
Less than or equal to (≤)

📌 Impact

Incomplete query responses due to missing contact fields.

Reduced flexibility when filtering pipeline records by date-time criteria.

Additional manual effort required to refine data externally.
For Michael's question, We have now addressed the reported issues and implemented the following updates:
🔧 1️⃣ Contact Fields Now Supported

The previously missing contact-related fields in the Zoho Bigin Pipelines query service are now fully supported.
-
Queries will correctly return associated contact information as expected.
🔧 2️⃣ Enhanced Date-Time Filter Operators Added
We have added additional comparison operators for date-time field filtering, including:

Greater than (>)
-
Less than (<)
-
Greater than or equal to (≥)
-
Less than or equal to (≤)
These enhancements provide greater flexibility and more precise filtering capabilities within the query service.
