One of our new users, Kennedy wrote to us asking the following

“When I begin to create a new form – the only thing that comes up for the add-on is the help button. The start button is not there to begin a new google form. I have tried to uninstall and re install the add-on already.”

Proposed Solution

For Kennedy's question, Sometimes the menu items do not appear due to a slow internet connection or having too many add-ons.
